Yes, you can reach Utshwayelo Lodge in a normal car. To drive all the way down to Kosi Mouth beach, you will need a 4x4 or 2x4 LDV with diff-lock. Alternatively, enjoy a beautiful safe hike to the beach, or book one of our transfer shuttles available on request.

Gates open at 6:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM daily. Entry is by permit only. No boats or trailers are allowed, as this is a protected UNESCO World Heritage area.
